The false teaching that has come into the church about ministry, has dumbed God's people down who will not read His word, because they only listen to what the pastor say's, but, "I encourage the children of God to get back to the word (Jesus)", and learn from the holy spirit who you are, and what God has called you to be, "within the church", or "outside of the church"... God is no respector of person, if He has called you, He will qualify you!! Don't depend on a man to tell you-your gift, ask ? "the Holy Spirit" who will lead you in all things... "Read your word attentively, and Prayerfully and I guarantee you'll get an answer... Blessings!!
